How To Successfully Promote Your Appearance on Beyond The Ordinary

Two Weeks Prior to Your Appearance on the Show

  • Announce your BTO appearance date and details on your website
  • Share the broadcast date and topic of your call on all of your social properties – click here for social media and email swipe copy
  • Submit a blog post to be featured on BTO prior to your show that educates our audience on your upcoming topic

One Weeks Prior to Your Appearance on the Show

  • Send an email with a link to your Ask Page to your community via email and social for priority seating – Include the details of your call along with a link to the Listen Live page
  • Share the broadcast date and topic of your call on all of your social properties – click here for social media and email swipe copy

The Day of Your Appearance on the Show

  • Send a reminder email and make social announcements
  • Share social posts from the BTO Facebook page that are promoting your appearance

After Your Appearance on the Show

  • Promote your replay and a link to your special offer on your social properties and through your email marketing efforts – we recommend continued promotions for at least two weeks after your call
